Great service! Someone answered our call and we got help in 30 mins. David came out to help and got us back on the road in no time. Clearly great at their jobs and we’re thankful for their help!

We were towing our 43' Fifth Wheel Camper with our 3500 Ram Dually truck. The engine threw off the serpentine belt and we were stranded on the side of I-65 just north of Elizabethtown, KY. Called other towing services that were unable to help. Found Doug's Towing and contacted them. David arrived shortly after, hooked up out truck and camper alongside the highway and towed us to the Lebanon Junction Speedway. We spent the night here and repair efforts found another part was needed(different vendor). We called Doug's Towing again, and David came and towed us to the Louisville South KOA Holiday. He was able to get us into our site and allowed us to get the camper unhooked so we could set up for our stay. David was amazing. A professional who cares about his work and his customers. We'll call again if we need assistance in that area!

Used good sam road side assistance. Our tow operator Dave was great. We had a truck and camper in tow. He was able to move us to a safe location. He got our camper to one place and the truck to the shop. Unfortunately the shop was booked so they were unable to get it back in but Dave recommended a place and got our truck there as well. I have nothing but good things to say. Thank you!

My truck suddenly started misfiring while I was driving, and it really scared me. It caused the entire truck to shake and then the engine light was flashing. I knew I couldn't keep driving it, so I pulled over into the nearest neighborhood. I called my boss, and he reached out to Doug’s to get it handled. I honestly wasn’t expecting anything more than a standard tow—get the truck, take it where it needs to go, and move on. But the service I received was far beyond that. The woman who called me for the location and details (I believe her name was Katie) was incredibly kind and easy to talk to. Then, when the driver, David, arrived, he asked what was going on with the truck and was getting ready to load it up. While waiting in someone's yard nearby, I realized I needed to grab a few things from the truck bed. Not paying attention, I stepped right into a huge patch of mud - thanks to the melting ice. My shoes were ruined, and I just broke down crying— it had already been a terrible day. David saw what happened and immediately offered me some wipes to clean my feet (I was wearing flats since I work in an office). The mud kept spreading, so I went to rinse off with some running water
